You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (including Due Diligence with our M&A team) through to value delivery in post-merger integration. Responsibilities:

  • Before acquisition: Lead financial due diligence, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, and post-merger-integration planning.
  • After acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monitor actuals vs. plans, prepare summary reports, and collaborate with finance teams onsite.
  • Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, M&A, and Corporate Development teams, senior management, and lead PMI communication with shareholders.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Finance and Controlling
  • Experience in Transaction Services preferred
  • Hands-on experience with local finance teams
  • >4 years of relevant experience in a performance-driven culture
  • Strong interpersonal, results-oriented, and multitasking skills
  • Senior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel to Neu Isenburg
  • Proactive attitude and change management skills
