Qualifikationen

You will oversee the financial performance of acquisitions from the pre-deal phase (Due Diligence, in collaboration with our M&A team) through to post-merger-integration value delivery. Responsibilities:

• Before acquisition: Lead Financial Buy Side Due Diligence, translate financials to Apleona standards, support synergy and business plan discussions, post-merger planning and execution.
• After acquisition: Establish standardized financial reporting, monitor actuals vs. plan, create periodic reports, collaborate with finance teams onsite if needed.
• Communication: Interact with Group Controlling, Apleona’s senior management, and lead PMI communication with shareholders.

Requirements:

• Background in Finance and Controlling
• Experience in Transaction Services preferred
• Hands-on with local Finance teams
• >4 years in a performance-driven culture
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Willing to travel to Neu Isenburg
• Proactive, results-oriented, change-maker
