Job Description:

Join ZEISS to drive change and establish business process excellence. You will work on key group programs, shaping our S/4HANA greenfield transformation to promote process harmonization and standardization that will define ZEISS's future operations.

• Take responsibility for achieving optimal solutions for ZEISS by improving the Procure-to-Pay end-to-end process, including supplier management, purchase order processing, and accounts payable management.

• Lead and moderate process discussions, ensuring alignment between functions and process experts.

• Manage external consulting support within your workstream.

• Coordinate with fellow workstream leads for best practice sharing and system integration, reporting to program management.

• Ensure your workstream aligns with the overall program plan, overseeing planning, implementation, and continuous improvement to contribute to project success.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven project management experience in business process excellence, preferably with SAP ERP transformations focusing on Procurement and Accounts Payable.

• Results-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and change communication skills.

• Strong change management perspective.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
