Your mission

How you can bring your talents to us :

  1. Develop STABL’s business strategies and innovative business models that align with our vision for its next value peak phase, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with market dynamics.
  2. Utilize structured frameworks to design, execute, and evaluate experiments that validate key hypotheses around customer value, business potential, and emerging market opportunities.
  3. Build and nurture high-impact relationships with C-suite executives across the battery value chain, including leaders from EV manufacturers, battery producers, recycling companies, and BESS (Battery Storage Systems) integrators.
  4. Identify and validate critical pain points, business challenges, and opportunities among industry stakeholders, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
  5. Lead the identification and formation of strategic partnerships with industry leaders to launch transformative lighthouse projects that showcase STABL’s technology.
  6. Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to ensure market insights and customer feedback are effectively integrated into product development and go-to-market strategies, aligning solutions with evolving customer and industry needs.
Your profile

What You’ll Need :

  1. 5+ years of professional experience in strategic business development, management consultancy, strategy in startup or corporate environment, with working experience in the field of (renewable) energy, energy utilities, or electric vehicles.
  2. Demonstrated success at building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives. Capable of articulating complex concepts, business models, and strategies in a clear, impactful manner that resonates with senior stakeholders.
  3. Experienced in business model innovation, hypothesis testing, and market validation through structured frameworks (e.g., Strategyzer’s "Field Guide for Rapid Experimentation" or "Value Proposition Design").
  4. Understanding of the power market, particularly the economics, trends, and strategic use cases of battery energy storage systems, coupled with an ability to assess new market opportunities.
  5. Proven track record of managing and leading complex commercial negotiations and partnerships, particularly in corporate environments, with a focus on delivering high-impact, win-win outcomes.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and test hypotheses, identify market opportunities, and craft innovative solutions that address both short- and long-term business goals.
  7. Adept at using KPIs and data to generate actionable insights, guiding business decisions and shaping strategies that are both customer-centric and commercially viable.
  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, fluent in both German and English, capable of delivering persuasive narratives to diverse audiences including senior executives, partners, and internal teams.
