We're looking for a highly experienced Senior R&D Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our R&D performance and unlock new opportunities through scientific, digital, and operational excellence.

In this position, you will shape the core of our R&D strategy by driving cross-functional improvement initiatives, embedding digital-first solutions, and ensuring alignment between R&D operations and business priorities.

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead cross-functional programs to boost efficiency, scientific rigor, and innovation across the global R&D team.
2. Design and optimize key R&D processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
3. Act as a thought partner and subject matter expert in food science and technology.
4. Champion data-informed decision-making through modern digital tools and analytics.
5. Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource optimization.
6. Lead change management initiatives that cultivate a culture of excellence and collaboration.
7. Collaborate with global stakeholders in regulatory, quality, and commercial functions.

Your Profile

1. Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in R&D or innovation management, ideally in food or consumer goods.
2. Strong expertise in food chemistry, formulation, and experimental design. Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving transformation.
3. Proficiency in R&D tools and methodologies (e.g., ELN, LIMS, Signavio, Agile, Stage-Gate).
4. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
5. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
