Galvita AG is a high-tech company in the field of pharmaceutical technology. Our innovative, proprietary technology platform — a standardized drug delivery system for Oral Dispersible Tablets (ODT) — enables the development of new, patient-friendly formulations and advantageous dosage forms.

We are seeking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Senior Manager Business Development (Pharmaceutical Products) 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

  1. Portfolio management of all customer leads in the respective market segment, with the goal of closing contracts (services and licensing agreements) and generating revenue.
  2. Active generation of customer leads using various sales strategies, including strategic market approaches and cold calling.
  3. Market development, establishment of a broad customer base, maintenance and development of customer relationships, and addressing customer concerns.
  4. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with suitable business partners.
  5. Negotiation of contracts with customers, cooperation partners, and licensees.
  6. Development and refinement of suitable sales materials for the respective market segment.
  7. Responsibility for sales and technical consulting regarding our technology in the pharmaceuticals sector, targeting both existing and new customers.
  8. Development of business models and strategies (e.g., go-to-market strategies) and implementation of these strategies in various business areas.
  9. Representing Galvita at customer meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
  10. Achieving sales and profit targets.
  11. Collaboration with relevant internal departments.
  12. Maintenance and further development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process, as well as optimization of existing CRM tools.
  13. A degree in a Life Sciences field or comparable qualifications.
  14. Solid experience (minimum of 5 years) in technical sales or business development in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  15. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  16. Technical understanding and the ability to clearly explain complex products and processes.
  17. High self-motivation and goal orientation.
  18. Strong teamwork skills.
  19. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  20. Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
