Galvita AG is a high-tech company in the field of pharmaceutical technology. Our innovative, proprietary technology platform — a standardized drug delivery system for Oral Dispersible Tablets (ODT) — enables the development of new, patient-friendly formulations and advantageous dosage forms.

For our growing team, we are seeking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Senior Manager Business Development (Pharmaceutical Products) 80 - 100%

(m/f/d)

  • Portfolio management of all customer leads in the respective market segment, with the goal of closing contracts (i.e., services and licensing agreements) and generating revenue
  • Active generation of customer leads using various sales strategies, including strategic market approaches and cold calling
  • Market development, establishment of a broad customer base, maintenance and development of customer relationships, and addressing customer concerns
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with suitable business partners
  • Negotiation of contracts with customers, cooperation partners, and licensees
  • Development and refinement of suitable sales materials for the respective market segment
  • Responsibility for sales and technical consulting regarding our technology in the pharmaceuticals sector, targeting both existing and new customers
  • Development of business models and strategies (e.g., go-to-market strategies) and implementation of these strategies in various business areas
  • Representing Galvita at customer meetings, trade shows, and conferences
  • Achieving sales and profit targets
  • Collaboration with relevant internal departments
  • Maintenance and further development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process, as well as optimization of existing CRM tools
  • A degree in a Life Sciences field or comparable qualifications
  • Solid experience (minimum of 5 years) in technical sales or business development in the pharmaceutical or related industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding and the ability to clearly explain complex products and processes
  • High self-motivation and goal orientation
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
