Galvita AG is a high-tech company specializing in pharmaceutical technology. Our innovative proprietary platform enables the development of patient-friendly formulations like Oral Dispersible Tablets (ODT).

We are seeking a Senior Manager Business Development (Pharmaceutical Products) 80 - 100% (m/f/d) to join our growing team as soon as possible.

  • Manage the portfolio of customer leads in the market segment, aiming to close contracts and generate revenue.
  • Actively generate customer leads through various sales strategies, including market approaches and cold calling.
  • Develop and expand the customer base, maintain relationships, and address customer concerns.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with business partners.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, partners, and licensees.
  • Create and refine sales materials tailored to the market segment.
  • Provide sales and technical consulting on our technology in the pharmaceutical sector to existing and potential clients.
  • Develop business models and strategies, including go-to-market plans, and implement them.
  • Represent Galvita at meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development in pharmaceuticals or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding with the ability to explain complex products and processes.
  • High self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
