Galvita AG is a high-tech company in the field of pharmaceutical technology. Our innovative, proprietary technology platform — a standardized drug delivery system for Oral Dispersible Tablets (ODT) — enables the development of new, patient-friendly formulations and advantageous dosage forms.

For our growing team, we are seeking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Senior Manager Business Development (Pharmaceutical Products) 80 - 100%

(m/f/d)

  • Portfolio management of all customer leads in the respective market segment, with the goal of closing contracts (services and licensing agreements) and generating revenue.
  • Active generation of customer leads using various sales strategies, including strategic market approaches and cold calling.
  • Market development, establishing a broad customer base, maintaining and developing customer relationships, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with suitable business partners.
  • Negotiation of contracts with customers, cooperation partners, and licensees.
  • Development and refinement of sales materials for the respective market segment.
  • Providing sales and technical consulting regarding our technology in the pharmaceuticals sector, targeting both existing and new customers.
  • Development of business models and strategies (e.g., go-to-market strategies) and implementing these strategies in various business areas.
  • Representing Galvita at customer meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Collaborating with relevant internal departments.
  • Maintaining and further developing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process, as well as optimizing existing CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a Life Sciences field or comparable qualifications.
  • Solid experience (minimum of 5 years) in technical sales or business development in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding and the ability to clearly explain complex products and processes.
  • High self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
