We are the management, specialist, and technology consulting firm for Germany's leading banks and fund companies, providing expert advice on credit, securities, and payment transactions.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze existing business processes and develop innovative solutions for our clients in asset management, including implementing regulatory projects and digital initiatives within interdisciplinary teams.
2. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
3. Specify business solutions through concept development and user stories.
4. Assist in proposal creation and contribute to the development of our asset management portfolio topics.
5. Communicate and coordinate with business units, development teams, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 6 years) in a consulting firm.
• Excellent knowledge of current regulatory issues (MiFID, PRIIP, EU Action Plan on Sustainability) and common applications in capital management companies.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong methodological skills in requirements management, design, and project management.
• Completed university degree in economics, business informatics, or a related field.
• Excellent German (minimum C1 level) and good English language skills.
