Jobbeschreibung

Without us, there would be no Coke, Fanta, or Sprite on supermarket shelves. Sounds crazy, but it’s true. We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Germany (CCEP), and we are responsible for the bottling and distribution of Coca-Cola branded products nationwide.

To ensure everything continues running smoothly, we need people like you in the People & Culture department. Our team should not only grow but also become more diverse. So it doesn’t matter where you come from, what you believe in, or your gender. What matters here is your personality and motivation.

Do you have plenty of that? Then join Germany’s largest beverage manufacturer and help us bring even more refreshment to the world.

What we offer you:
  • Planning Security: With flexible working hours and reliable planning, you can easily balance work and family. This way, you can keep an eye on not just your job, but also your personal life.
  • Appreciation: We reward your investment in our company by giving you a free additional share for every share you buy and hold for 12 months.
  • Personal Development: We not only challenge you, but also support you. With a variety of networking events and development programs like "Cross-Mentoring" or "She-Leads," we support your individual growth. With us, your individuality is at the center.
Your profile:
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An additional qualification, such as an MBA, is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and/or working capital management, or in an auditing firm. (Preferably with FMCG experience)
  • Experience interacting with senior management and a confident presence; excellent communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
  • Experience in project and process management.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP, as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Very good conversational English skills (C1) and German language skills are an advantage.
Your responsibilities:
  • Analysis, Reporting and Presentation of Working Capital (WC) & Free Cash Flow (FCF): Responsible for creating and analyzing regular reports on WC (accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory) and FCF including presentation of results and recommendations to our senior management. Identification of areas for improvement and developing corresponding action plans.
  • FCF Planning and Management: Monitoring and managing operational free cash flow. Preparing plans (multi-year planning, business planning, rolling forecasts (monthly), and scenario analyses/risk-opportunity management) to ensure and improve the company’s liquidity sustainably.
  • Process Optimization and Automation: Analyzing existing working capital processes and identifying optimization opportunities, including initiating and overseeing projects for implementation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Close collaboration with the Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Shared Service Center departments, as well as with central teams at the European level, to achieve goals for both Germany and the group.
  • Training and Coaching: Supporting and training employees regarding best practices in working capital management. Promoting a proactive understanding of working capital across the company.
