Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions GmbH in Weinheim is seeking a Senior Manager AI Transformation to lead the AI roadmap and translate business priorities into a portfolio of AI initiatives.

You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, redesign processes, and drive adoption across regions, measuring value with KPIs and change management.

This role requires a Master’s degree and several years in transformation or strategy, plus fluent English and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Several years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, strategy, consulting, or similar environments.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of AI and its application in business environments.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.

• Develop and drive the AI roadmap, translating business priorities into a portfolio of AI initiatives and ensuring alignment with the Freudenberg Group AI strategy.
• Identify, prioritize and manage a portfolio of AI use cases from business case development through implementation and value realization.
• Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities, redesign processes, and unlock measurable business value across functions and regions.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the impact, adoption, and value creation of AI initiatives.
• Drive AI adoption across the organization through stakeholder engagement, change management and capability building.
