About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing to join NinjaOne’s Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) programs that accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen engagement with key target accounts.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Orchestration, you’ll lead a global team of 5–7 ABM professionals and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Marketing to design campaigns that align tightly with NinjaOne’s go-to-market priorities. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building scalable ABM strategies, cultivating deep alignment with sales partners, and mentoring a high-performing global team.
Location - Austin, TX or Tampa FL or Remote - Preference/priority will be given to candidates able to work in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday plus additional days as required. We are open and flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 per year.
