Design and Develop Solutions for Inverse Problems:
Conceptualize and implement robust ML pipelines to handle inverse problems, including parameter estimation, model calibration, and uncertainty quantification.
Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs):
Develop and refine architectures leveraging physical laws and partial differential equations (PDEs) to guide network training and improve generalization.
Research & Prototyping:
Stay updated with state-of-the-art methods in inverse problems, scientific machine learning, and computational modeling. Conduct rapid prototyping and exploratory research to validate new ideas.
Model Deployment & Scalability:
Integrate ML models into scalable, production-ready systems. Work closely with other data scientists and software engineers to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists, data engineers, and domain experts. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
