WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Create and maintain highly performant and scalable ML services, and integrate models into enterprise infrastructures.
• Design, build, and maintain the ML CI/CD pipeline and workflows, automating data collection, analysis, experimentation, model training, serving, and monitoring in production.
• Train, evaluate, and scale machine learning models.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs, make recommendations, and design solutions accordingly.
• Implement ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Contribute to new trends in development, AI, and ML.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Must haves:

• 5 or more years of relevant working experience.
• Proven experience in planning, implementing, and managing machine learning models and related infrastructure.
• Highly proficient in Python and experienced with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, GitHub, Terraform.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and related tooling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data transformation frameworks (e.g., Spark), and big data solutions (especially Databricks).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in stakeholder management and direct client contact.
• Effective communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in data architecture and database architecture.
• Experience in project management using agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Fluency in German.
