• Focused on German-speaking mid-sized companies and Private Equity firms as an independent Corporate Finance service provider.

• Independent advising and structuring of equity and debt financing.

• Strong placement capabilities and extensive experience in national and international financing markets.

• Detailed know-how and long-term collaboration with banks, mezzanine investors, other debt investors, and Private Equity firms.

• Conducting M&A projects, especially in connection with financing transactions.

• Implementation of international and national M&A projects with strategic buyers/sellers and financial investors.

• Tailored and client-oriented Corporate Finance solutions, based on analyzing clients' goals.

Qualifications

You have completed your university studies in economics or law with above-average results. You have been working in Corporate Finance for about seven years (e.g., at an accounting firm, Private Equity firm, M&A boutique, or investment bank) and have successfully managed company transactions. Experience and contacts in the German mid-sized sector and your own deal origination are desirable. You possess excellent skills in financial modeling, corporate planning, and financial analysis, as well as insolvency and corporate law. You are a communicative, resilient personality with entrepreneurial thinking and actions, excellent analytical skills, enjoy teamwork, and have a confident demeanor. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and familiarity with MS Office applications are required.
