About the Role

Full-time Senior Logistics Specialist responsible for managing all warehousing and logistics centers across Europe, including the German warehouse. The role involves establishing business processes, researching import/export policies and laws, handling customs clearance, and overseeing the logistics status of materials and consumables. Responsibilities also include accepting materials, managing warehouses, inventory, packaging, and shipping.

Responsibilities

1. Manage personnel and optimize processes across all European warehousing and logistics centers.
2. Research policies, laws, and regulations related to import/export of new products in Europe.
3. Oversee customs clearance for materials and consumables.
4. Manage acceptance, inventory, and outbound logistics of materials and consumables.
5. Track transportation status and communicate issues promptly.
6. Handle delivery of customer gifts and goods related to sales and marketing.
7. Procure necessary warehousing and logistics supplies.
8. Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
9. Lead and participate in process optimization projects.
10. Assist with other departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; no specific major requirement; male candidates preferred.
• Experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or international trade, especially import/export.
• Strong customer service, communication, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, responsibility, patience, and carefulness.
• Proficient in English; familiarity with German language; basic Excel skills; biology background or experience preferred.
