Job Description: Senior Logistician

Become an integral part of a diverse team at ManTech International Corporation, where our employees come first. We are seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistician to join our Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) team. The role involves providing sustainment support services (operational engineering and logistics support) globally for approximately 25,000 vehicles, including the Army's Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles (MRAPs).

Important Note: Candidates must obtain or already have an active German/E.U. Work VISA. Initially, selected candidates will work in a temporary role for the first 90 days while obtaining their visa. Upon approval, they will be offered a full-time German contract, which involves German taxes, healthcare, and labor regulations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Analyze and coordinate logistical functions of the organization.
2. Manage the entire lifecycle of a product, from acquisition to disposal.
3. Maintain work order documentation for procurement of components.
4. Work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Provide guidance to Logistics Analysts and supply specialists.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have or obtain an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA.
• 3+ years of logistical experience with a related bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an associate degree, or 9+ years of experience.
• Experience with equipment and spare parts inventory and accountability.
• Ability to meet physical requirements for deployment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid European or German driver’s license or ability to obtain one before employment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of military or commercial logistics systems.
• Understanding of federal shipping and logistics regulations.
• Willingness to travel, including to potentially hostile or risky environments.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical activities such as balancing, bending, carrying, and working with computers.
