Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities (Text Only)

1. Prioritize ticketing queues, resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues to support Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) activities.
2. Provide task-specific guidance to technicians responsible for deliveries and documentation of inbound/outbound packages (e.g., PO receiving, RMS activities).
3. Coordinate with external stakeholders such as third-party warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers for inbound and outbound deliveries.
4. Perform assigned tasks, escalate issues during high-volume periods or escalation situations.
5. Use process knowledge and technical skills to resolve or escalate escalations, clear blocking issues, and support data center activities remotely or onsite.
6. Maintain stakeholder focus to improve quality and maximize customer investment returns.
7. Ensure inventory accuracy through proper procedures.
8. Act as SME for the RMA warranty process, ensuring teams handle failed hardware using proper tools and processes.
9. Manage schedules for DBD destruction or shredding, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
10. Participate in safety briefings, complete safety training, and guide technicians on safety procedures (PPE, rack moving, heavy equipment, lifting, ladder use).
11. Seek opportunities to improve workstreams through simplification and automation.
