Do you love games and know how to guide localization projects from start to finish? We are looking for a Senior Localization Project Manager to join our in-house Berlin team, supporting a leading AAA game client.

In this role, you will:

1. Manage the end-to-end localization process for assigned game projects (text, audio, LQA).
2. Coordinate operations to ensure high quality and timely delivery across multiple languages.
3. Serve as the main client contact, handling feedback, updates, and project requirements.
4. Lead meetings to improve workflows and collaboration.
5. Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting, including financial documentation.
6. Oversee assignments for linguists, ensuring consistency in tone, terminology, and style.
7. Monitor output quality and develop strategies to maintain and improve standards.
8. Collaborate with Language Leads, LQA, Audio, and Engineering teams.
9. Support business development by maintaining strong client relationships and representing Altagram.
10. Shape and optimize processes for scalability with growing projects.

Your profile

• Exceptional English skills are essential; additional languages like French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian, or Turkish are a plus.
• At least 4+ years of experience in localization project management within the video game industry.
• Deep knowledge of full-cycle localization, including text, audio, and testing.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• A proactive, creative problem-solving mindset.
• Experience leading calls, managing relationships, and handling feedback in client interactions.
• Previous experience with AAA game studios or localization agencies is advantageous.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools like memoQ.
• Understanding of internationalization and globalization principles is crucial.
