A global asset management provider is seeking a Senior Legal Officer in Rheinland-Pfalz, responsible for managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from setup to liquidation. Candidates should possess a law degree and have at least 3 years of experience in law firms or fiduciary roles. Fluency in French and English is required along with strong autonomy and team collaboration skills.

Qualifikationen

  • Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements.

Overview

Senior Legal Officer (m / f) for an international provider of asset management services. The role involves acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. Organise board and shareholder meetings. Arrange relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register. Draft corporate documents and agreements. Open bank accounts and arrange company payments. Keep the company’s electronic and physical files in good order. Ensure compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
