With a fast-expanding international footprint and a mission to make housing more flexible and accessible, the legal team plays a critical role in enabling the business to scale with confidence. They’re now looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to focus on real estate matters across Europe, supporting operations and managing a broad range of commercial topics. Tasks Structuring and negotiating real estate deals (leases, management agreements, JV structures) Advising on regulatory and compliance issues related to residential leasing and property operations Working with external counsel across several European markets Building scalable legal processes and documentation for real estate partnerships Supporting the business with general commercial and contractual matters as needed Requirements Fully qualified lawyer in Germany 6+ years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house (real estate focus) Comfortable handling cross-border transactions and negotiating in English Able to balance legal rigour with commercial pragmatism Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven Closing If you’re interested in exploring this opportunity - apply today!
