• Ongoing legal advice to all specialist departments of the Belectric Group (national and international)
• In particular, support of the Sales and Business Development departments in contract negotiations (EPC, O&M, Project development, PPA)
• Structuring of M&A transactions and their implementation
• Analysing and assessing legal risks and evaluating industry developments from a legal perspective
• Coordination and selection of domestic and foreign law firms and notary's offices for special legal issues

Your profile

• Completed law studies with a degree as a fully qualified lawyer (m / f / d) (2nd state examination)
• Several years of professional experience in a corporate legal department, ideally in the field of renewable energies
• Ability to assess legal issues taking into account company-relevant commercial and economic aspects
• Experience in international projects and confident dealing with international clients and suppliers
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage (Spanish, Italian)
• Team player (m / f / d) with strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as an analytical and structured way of working
