Swissbit's headquarters in Switzerland is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive and accelerate growth in our Memory Solutions portfolio across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to build and expand business in a rapidly growing market, leveraging Swissbit's innovative products and a strong, established sales and technical support team. As a proactive professional, you will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities, fostering strategic relationships, and playing a key role in the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and develop customer strategies.
• Create account plans, forecasts, and conduct customer reviews.
• Build strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
• Support existing and new customers with technical advice and sales negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product roadmaps and support customer needs.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B / NetCom account management, preferably in electronics or security.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility and very strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tool like Salesforce.
