WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Work closely with our Head of Legal on various projects and take the lead on all commercial law questions within the organization
• Support our rapid growth and internationalization by finding tailor-made solutions that promote our mission without causing delays
• Proactively seek ways to improve commercial agreements and advise on best practices for post-conclusion implementation
• Liaise with external law firms on legal issues related to commercial law and internationalization
• Collaborate with the entire legal team on emerging topics as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You are a fully qualified German lawyer with first and second state law examinations with above-average results
• You have at least 3+ years of professional commercial law experience in a renowned law firm and/or an international company
• You are an expert in Commercial law with knowledge of financial markets and products
• You excel in problem-solving and driving change through innovative solutions
• You are a stakeholder management star
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience with IP/IT and unfair competition law is advantageous
• Experience advising high-growth, VC-backed start-up/scale-up companies is a plus
