Jobtailor in Germany seeks a senior commercial/corporate attorney to draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes contracts for SaaS and software agreements. You will work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align commercial terms with business objectives.

You will provide pragmatic, risk-based legal guidance, own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, and act as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a legal degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 5–7+ years of experience as a commercial or corporate attorney.
• Extensive experience negotiating SaaS and software-related agreements.
• Strong understanding of standard commercial terms.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA is a plus.
• In-house experience at tech/fintech/regtech companies is a plus.
