Senior Legal Counsel | IT & Public Procurement Law

Our client, a leading technology and services organisation, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This is a high-visibility role supporting business leaders on a range of commercial, technology, and public sector matters.

The Role

You will:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and IT contracts (including cloud, software, services and licensing agreements)
• Advise on public sector tenders and procurement processes
• Support complex technology and digital transformation projects
• Identify and manage legal and commercial risks
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the technology sector

About You

• Fully qualified lawyer
• Experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house legal team
• Strong background in IT, technology, commercial contracts and/or public procurement law
• Able to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
• Confident stakeholder manager with a pragmatic approach
• Fluent in German and English
