Centric Software is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to own all legal matters for the DACH region, spanning technology transactions, labour law and corporate governance. The role reports to the Legal Director, EMEA, and sits in a global, collaborative team.

The position can be office-based in Germany or remote, including from outside Germany, for a German-qualified lawyer. You will negotiate complex contracts, advise executives on disputes, and partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, and R&D on

Qualifications

• German-qualified lawyer with 5–10 years of experience in technology transactions.
• Extensive experience with multinational SaaS and cloud contracts.
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal budgets is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently own DACH region from a legal standpoint within the EMEA team.
• Draft, structure, and negotiate master software, services, and cloud agreements.
• Advise regional management and executives on commercial disputes and governance.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance and R&D as a trusted legal advisor on labour, governance and compliance.

The role will report to the Legal Director, EMEA, (London-based) and sits within the EMEA legal team, with seamless collaboration within the EMEA legal team, but also with the global legal team.
