MAM Gruppe in Munich seeks an experienced corporate lawyer to build the German legal function from scratch, reporting to the Group General Counsel and defining how legal supports the German business as it grows.

You will create the framework, internal policies, templates and approval workflows; lead employment law as headcount expands; ensure EU and German regulatory compliance; manage IP and export controls; support cross-border structuring and due diligence; and be the main contact for

Qualifikationen

• Seven-plus years of experience in legal or corporate law, with strong German corporate and commercial practice.
• Exposure to international group structures; cross-border EU experience is a bonus.
• Background with regulated physical products - certification, safety or manufacturing environments (automotive, industrial machinery, hardware or medical technology).
• Working knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks relevant to hardware, AI and connected products.
• Fluent German and strong English.

The Munich site needs a permanent, dedicated legal presence - someone to build the function from scratch rather than inherit one.
