Job summary

The University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) invites applications for a part-time teaching position at the Innovation Hub Campus in Potsdam, starting October 2026. Six hours per week for 16 weeks, courses taught in English.

We seek candidates with expertise in German and international legal systems and in Business Law, including Contract, Corporate, and Labour Law, who can guide bachelor students in applied research and project management. Living in Berlin or Potsdam is preferred.

Qualifications

• Teaching courses in Business Law, German Legal Systems, and Applied Research for Bachelor programs.
• Advising and supervising students in course projects and applied research.
• Experience with German/International legal systems and contracts.
• Applied Research Methods and Research Design instruction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory and in-depth courses in Business Law and German Legal Systems in English.
• Teach Business Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, and related areas.
• Support students in Applied Research Methods, Research Design, and Project Management.
• Advise and supervise students in course projects and research activities.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Team in Innovation Hub Campus in Potsdam on 6 hours per week for 16 weeks starting from beginning of October 2026, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and staff.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
