• Create and manage Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) for our product portfolio and present innovative solutions to stakeholders, advocating for the best user experience. Collaborate with other designers and guide junior colleagues to success.
• Design UX and UI elements daily, aligning with our Design Language System (DLS). Work closely with the user research team to incorporate insights into your designs.

• Several years of experience as a Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer.
• Expertise in creating CJMs, JTBD, and segmentation frameworks.
• Strong presentation skills and storytelling abilities.
• Solid knowledge of UX design processes within an agile environment.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing independently.
• Fluency in English; German and other languages are advantageous.
