Discover your exciting role:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior / Lead Project Cost Controller to manage cost activities on complex EPC and EPCM projects across pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and oil & gas sectors. Reporting to the Project Controls & Commercial Manager and working closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Finance, you will oversee project cost control, forecasting, and reporting for our company and clients.

• Support the Tendering team and the Commercial Manager
• Establish and maintain WBS-aligned cost control systems
• Coordinate with Planning & Scheduling
• Track design changes, claims, and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
• Extensive experience in Cost Control / Project Controls on EPC or EPCM projects, including senior or lead roles
• Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulation, scenario analysis, statistical forecasting, and large-data manipulation
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, project cash-flow, and currency management
• Fluent English (spoken & written); Italian skills advantageous
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites across Italy
