IDT is looking for a highly skilled Senior / Lead Front-end Developer who can take informal leadership over UI development among Net2Phone projects.

Net2Phone is a UCaaS platform that helps thousands of businesses worldwide manage their internal and external communications. The Unite Interface team is responsible for the frontend part of the Net2Phone services. You will be able to add features to existing apps and participate in creating new ones.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Architecting and developing the Net2Phone product UI.
• Progressively integrating best enterprise practices into the existing development process.
• Sharing experiences among the team.
• Participating in internal meetups.
• Working on new features and fixing bugs.

We expect you to have :

• Strong knowledge of ECMAScript 2016+.
• Good experience with frontend frameworks or libraries (React, Angular), state management, HTML, CSS, and build systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in designing responsive and high-performance web applications.
• Deep understanding of OOP and Functional programming paradigms in frontend development.
• Experience with unit testing, code quality tools, and CI pipelines.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to work well within a team and support teammates.

Nice to have :

• Knowledge of other programming languages besides JS or TS.
• Experience with Docker workflows.
• Knowledge of Jenkins for automation.
• Skills with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
