Jobbeschreibung

Our client, a fast-growing player in the clean energy transition, is seeking a strategic and motivated Business Developer to lead the origination and acquisition of solar PV projects (excluding land scouting).

You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s solar portfolio by identifying high-value opportunities, building strong partnerships, and structuring impactful deals across early, mid, and ready-to-build development stages.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and secure solar project opportunities through acquisitions and co-development deals
  • Build trusted relationships with developers, IPPs, and project owners
  • Conduct high-level project due diligence with support from internal teams
  • Lead or support commercial negotiations and transaction execution
  • Monitor market trends and maintain an up-to-date project pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and integration

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in solar PV project origination, M&A, or business development
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Excellent network within the solar and renewable energy sector
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycle, permitting, and regulatory frameworks
