We are seeking a dedicated Lead Consultant / IT Consultant (m/f/d) – Microsoft Entra / Identity Security to lead in IT security and meet growing industry demands.

Work flexibly: remotely or at our locations in Stuttgart, Essen, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, or Vienna.

How you’ll provide positive impact

• Take responsibility in Microsoft Entra / Security projects, focusing on delivering high-quality changes.
• Lead in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Microsoft, enhancing our delivery capabilities.
• Assist in identifying and explaining suitable Microsoft solutions during pre-sales.
• Develop understanding of customer business processes and contribute to building resilient Identity Security solutions.

Your Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Entra / Identity Security, identity and access management, customer IAM, or similar cybersecurity domains.
• Deep knowledge of developing highly available identity and security solutions.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
• Leadership mindset with strategic planning skills and project leadership experience.
• Team-oriented with the ability to serve as a role model for future consultants.
• Fluent in German and English.
