Company Overview:

AMPYR Solar Deutschland, part of AMPYR Solar Europe group, is looking to reinforce its Urban Design team with an experienced Landscape Architect. The role is part of the urban design team and the overall project development department, focusing on ensuring solar farms and BESS projects are compliant, sustainable, and well integrated into the landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing development plan procedures (development plans, amendments, land use plan amendments) per German regulations.
• Conceptual preparation and processing of planning documents.
• Coordination with city and municipal administrations during plan preparation.
• Integration of expert opinions on environmental aspects into planning documents.
• Coordination with public interest bodies and participation in public and government consultations as per relevant sections of BauGB.
• Preparation and presentation of project proposals related to development plans.
• Ensuring compliance with construction and planning laws.

Requirements:

• Degree in landscape planning, spatial or urban planning, or a related field.
• Federal Chamber of Architects (BAK) license.
• 5-8 years of experience in land planning, with at least 3 years in renewable energy.
• Experience in urban development planning and knowledge of construction and planning law.
• Proficiency in planning and presentation software.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
