Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and second review line for KYC Operations Experts, analyzing customer documentation
• Provide guidance to a team of up to 10 KYC Operations Experts
• Ensure business processes are current and develop new processes as needed
• Collaborate with product teams to improve process automation and onboarding flow
• Advise product teams on new end-consumer product features
• Partner with second line functions to ensure compliance with legislation
• Identify suspicious activity patterns and trends
• Conduct ongoing due diligence to maintain accurate information

Qualifications

• Experience in operational or management roles
• Extensive knowledge of KYC processes and AML regulations
• Leadership experience with KYC Operations Experts
• Ability to collaborate across stakeholder levels
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with good prioritization skills
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher)
