We are looking for experienced backend developers to work on a new exciting platform!
Work with our team onsite or remotely from anywhere in Germany.
Job Responsibilities
- Build a new platform to serve our customers using cutting-edge technology and modern software development practices.
- Collaborate with a motivated team of software engineers and academics to implement change in the financial industry.
- Translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Design and implement interfaces with major players in the financial industry to connect Scalable Capital with the world.
Qualifications
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience with Kotlin, Docker, Spring Boot, cloud infrastructure, and event-based architectures.
- Knowledge of AWS, Terraform, Python, and GraphQL is a plus.
- Experience in modern software development processes, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and test automation.
- Experience designing scalable, loosely-coupled architectures.
- Profound understanding of RESTful API design.
- Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code.
- Strong analytical skills in both technical and product domains.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Financial services background is advantageous.
