Job Responsibilities

• Build a new platform to serve our customers using cutting-edge technology and modern software development practices.
• Collaborate with a motivated team of software engineers and academics to implement change in the financial industry.
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Design and implement interfaces with major players in the financial industry to connect Scalable Capital with the world.

Qualifications

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with Kotlin, Docker, Spring Boot, cloud infrastructure, and event-based architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS, Terraform, Python, and GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience in modern software development processes, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Experience designing scalable, loosely-coupled architectures.
• Profound understanding of RESTful API design.
• Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code.
• Strong analytical skills in both technical and product domains.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Financial services background is advantageous.
