With years of experience in the C&I segment, we have successfully collaborated with a diverse range of clients – from small family businesses seeking installations under 100 kWp to global corporations, logistics centers, and investment funds in commercial real estate, with installations scaling up to several MWp. We offer our clients end-to-end execution of PV projects, from energy audits, technical and legal analysis, and approval processes to financing the investment and its implementation. Depending on the client's needs, we also offer financing options through Solar-as-a-Service subscriptions or PPA models.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Implement the sales strategy for photovoltaic and energy solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle : from prospecting and outbound outreach to closing deals
  • Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients
  • Drive measurable sales growth and be motivated by an uncapped commission scheme
  • Lead business and contract negotiations with key stakeholders
  • Advise clients on innovative renewable energy solutions tailored to industrial and commercial sectors
  • Coordinate the execution of signed contracts in collaboration with internal teams
  • Stay current on market trends and industry developments

Our Requirements :

  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in photovoltaic solutions or working with industrial / commercial clients is a strong advantage
  • A proactive, "hunter" mentality – you’re always on the lookout for new business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills – you feel confident working with everyone from technicians to C-level executives
  • Self-confidence and perseverance – we trust your ability to succeed with our full support
  • Highly goal-oriented, hands-on, and creative – you find solutions where others see problems
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a high level of personal energy and commitment
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Valid driving license
