YOUR TASKS
Strategic customer management - expanding and securing long-term, profitable business relationships with existing partner companies
Preparing high-quality presentations at management level and presenting them convincingly to partner companies
Developing cross-channel concepts and campaigns (digital/analog) for customer acquisition, retention, and development based on created analyses and reports
Collaborating with internal specialists from the areas of marketing, customer insights, operations, and legal to manage campaigns and projects for partner companies
One-stop shop for partner companies including budgeting, reporting, and billing
Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify additional revenue and market potential
Managing offer processes and negotiations up to contract conclusion
Creating annual planning and monthly forecasts
YOUR PROFILE
Completed university degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
Sales and marketing background - ideally knowledge in CRM as well as direct and/or digital marketing with a sales orientation and negotiation skills
Affinity for working with numbers and KPIs as well as analytical and structured skills
High communication and teamwork skills paired with a customer-oriented demeanor
5 years of professional experience with clients from the e-commerce, retail, FMCG, consulting, or complex service sales sectors
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
