A dynamic automotive company in Göppingen seeks a passionate Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage dealer relationships. In this role, you will strategize the development of key accounts and analyze market trends using digital tools. You take on revenue responsibility for your region and work proactively on further growing the RaceChip brand
You act as the direct contact person for our top dealers in your region and are responsible for their strategic and operational development
You continuously analyse the sales situation in your region and take responsibility for proactively acquiring and developing new key accounts for RaceChip
You actively manage relationships with existing and new key accounts, strengthening them through activities such as dealer visits and trade fairs in your region
You work closely with the internal sales team, which ensures the operational support of all dealers at RaceChip
You are responsible for implementing these plans and regularly report on progress, market trends, and competitor activities
You collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to incorporate market feedback into new developments
You initiate marketing and activation measures with your dealers (e.g. local campaigns, training sessions, trade fair appearances)
You work with digital tools and actively use data to identify market potential
You strategically develop existing partners through cross‑selling concepts, product range optimization, and revenue growth programs
You monitor international market trends and derive actionable measures to ensure the rapid market introduction of new products or vehicle adaptations
