We're seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead our engagement with high-value clients and fuel our continued success.

Your focus will be on nurturing strong, lasting relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic account management, and playing a key role in acquiring new enterprise customers. Your mission

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.

Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value. This includes identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Retention: Proactively monitor account health, identifying potential churn risks, and take steps to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Growth: Expanding the use of the SaaS product within the account, increasing adoption, and driving new user engagement.

Revenue Generation: Meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas for assigned accounts.

Acquisition of high-value clients: Conduct highly customized product demonstrations for enterprise customers. Fill out tender documents. Support negotiation and closing of deals with enterprise customers.

Advocacy: Acting as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to improve products and services.

  • Product Knowledge: Builds strong expertise about the 7Learnings solution. Conducts webinars and presents at events.
Your profile
  • Bring 2-4 years of experience within retail, eCommerce, and/or pricing environments.
  • A background in consultative B2B selling and enterprise sales is essential.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and deliver impactful presentations using a consultative style.
  • You are a strong, positive, and resilient individual.
  • You actively seek out and cultivate new client relationships.
  • Excellent German and English language proficiency is required.
