Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value. This includes identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Retention: Proactively monitor account health, identifying potential churn risks, and take steps to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Growth: Expanding the use of the SaaS product within the account, increasing adoption, and driving new user engagement.
Revenue Generation: Meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas for assigned accounts.
Acquisition of high-value clients: Conduct highly customized product demonstrations for enterprise customers. Fill out tender documents. Support negotiation and closing of deals with enterprise customers.
Advocacy: Acting as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to improve products and services.
