We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Key Account Manager DACH to join our team and help drive our international growth while nurturing key client relationships.

Your responsibilities at snuggs

  • Manage and grow retail accounts within DACH drugstore channel
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and category managers to drive product listings and revenue growth
  • Negotiate promotions, trade terms, and visibility for snuggs products in-store and online
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure execution
  • Monitor and analyze performance of your accounts and identify opportunities for growth

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Category roles - ideally in cosmetics, laundry, personal care, or similar industries
  • Prior experience working at or with DACH drugstores (e.g. dm, Rossmann, BIPA etc.) is essential
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Knowledge of how drugstores list products, run promotions, and drive sell-out in the DACH region
  • Native-level proficiency in German (C2) and fluency in English
  • Based ideally in Berlin or anywhere Germany, with flexibility to travel for meetings when needed
