The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with one of our strategic, utility-scale clients.

  • Interact regularly with the client to understand technical and commercial requirements.
  • Gather and share competitive intelligence to support marketing strategies.
  • Provide accurate account forecasts and maintain CRM and other information tools.
  • Develop strategies with the account leadership team to position LONGi’s products and brand as a key solution provider.
  • Organize and participate in customer events, address requests, and strengthen client relationships, including site visits.
  • Leverage our products and unique capabilities to meet customer needs.
  • Initiate creative solutions for long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Proven success in managing complex contractual negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in value selling and account development planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
