About the role

Picture yourself as the architect who makes IT sing. As our Senior ITSM Technical Consultant, you will craft smart service solutions with Jira Service Management, Assets, Assets Data Manager, and Opsgenie, then branch out to new platforms as we grow.

Your week involves discovery calls, whiteboard brainstorming, and deep configuration sessions. You might sketch an integration that saves hours on tickets or draft a proposal that wins the client’s trust before the project begins.

You will manage each engagement from initial contact to final success, build honest relationships, and identify opportunities to improve our processes. If you value autonomy, variety, and transforming complex processes into streamlined workflows, this is your role.

What you'll be doing

ESM/ITSM Solution Consultancy
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, proposing tailored solutions using ITSM and Atlassian products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on ITSM and ESM best practices based on ITIL.
  • Develop high-level architecture and implement effective delivery approaches, adapting solutions as needed.
  • Configure advanced technical solutions to meet specific client needs, including Assets Management, system integrations, and automation.
  • Support practice development through internal initiatives, upskilling, and expanding into emerging products like ServiceNow.
  • Assist pre-sales activities by defining scope, providing estimates, and contributing to solution design.
  • Travel to client sites for key meetings and events as required.
Solution Implementation and Delivery
  • Configure Atlassian solutions, including portals, request types, workflows, automation, assets schemas, and API connectors.
  • Implement core ITIL processes such as service requests, incident, change, and problem management.
  • Implement advanced ITSM solutions focusing on assets management and event/incident management using tools like Opsgenie and Assets.
  • Integrate Atlassian products with other systems via REST APIs.
  • Manage migrations as part of broader projects when necessary.
Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ITIL and its application in ITSM and ESM
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and solution presentation
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, especially in early sales stages and fixed-price offerings
  • Strong time management skills to ensure billability and contribute to business growth
