Senior IT Success Factors Consultant - Employee Central

Responsible for application development for HR, managing HR - Employee Central applications on SuccessFactors in response to specific requests, providing technical support to our business in analyzing customer requirements and developing SF HR solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for SuccessFactors - Employee Central implementation and consulting within the organization.
2. Manage HR applications related to SuccessFactors Employee Central, including change management, testing, release, and lifecycle management.
3. Support our business by analyzing customer requirements and developing Employee Central SuccessFactors HR solutions.
4. Maintain, optimize, and further develop our SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
5. Create functional descriptions for development and customization settings as part of projects.
6. Plan, develop, and implement adjustments and projects within the global SuccessFactors environment.
7. Take over management tasks in subprojects and project management of global and regional HR IT projects.
8. Manage ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with our HR applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical education in IT, business administration, business informatics, or related fields.
• Senior experience of 3 to 5 years as an IT consultant for HR applications, managing SuccessFactors with deep experience in Employee Central.
• Experience in SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Valuable participation in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for HR as lead consultant, providing consultancy, and resolving issues.
• Good knowledge and experience in implementing the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Proficiency in English and experience working in multicultural environments.
• Independent, committed, and proactive working style, with good teamwork, communication skills, and a high customer and service orientation.
