Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate, prioritize, and shape initiatives to drive efficiencies and create value through technology.
- Resolve issues related to ERP and satellite applications independently, involving other support functions as needed.
- Collaborate with end users, IT teams, and vendors to improve system architecture, support models, and operational standards.
- Manage projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery, including scope, requirements, design, risk, implementation, and testing.
- Monitor open incidents and requests, escalate issues, and identify trends to prevent operational disruptions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and delays effectively to stakeholders.
- Lead projects and programs, evaluating progress and value creation.
- Manage business relationships and support IT resources to ensure responsiveness and effectiveness.
- Understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities to recommend value-adding solutions.
- Support compliance with SOX, Security, GDPR, and Disaster Recovery protocols.
- Develop and present technology proposals and reports to leadership.
- Identify and recommend policy or procedural changes for future expansion.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, ITIL, Six Sigma).
- Monitor and improve IT service provider performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met and costs controlled.
- Assist with infrastructure support as needed, coordinating with the enterprise infrastructure team.
Position Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar, with professional IT experience.
- Deep knowledge of applications (ERP, MRP, BI, CRM), IT infrastructure, and business process analysis.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and conceptual skills.
- Strategic thinking in medium to large organizations.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Experience managing IT projects, including ERP implementation, infrastructure deployment, and business transformation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating commitment and initiative.
