We are seeking an experienced (Senior) IT Specialist to join our growing IT team. This role involves managing IT projects, providing advanced support, and overseeing systems and network administration. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with MS365 and/or network management, the ability to take ownership of IT operations, oversee vendors, and possess project management skills.

What you will do:

• Provide advanced (2nd/3rd line) support for systems and infrastructure issues.
• Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Administer and maintain enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID, Security and Compliance solutions (e.g., MS Purview), Endpoint Manager (Baramundi), and file sharing platforms.
• Manage network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet), including firewalls, access points, switches, VPNs, and traffic/security policies.
• Operate and maintain NAS, antivirus systems, and backup solutions.
• Implement automation for account and endpoint management.
• Govern network segmentation, access control policies, and device compliance.
• Collaborate with the global IT team and external vendors for operations and system updates.

What you will bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management, infrastructure, support, or security.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, MS Exchange, AD, Entra ID, Endpoint Management (Intune/Baramundi), MS Purview, MS Defender.
• Knowledge of network hardware and management: firewalls, Wi-Fi APs, switches, VPNs, zero trust solutions, VLANs.
• Experience with NAS, antivirus platforms, and backup tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently across multiple technical domains with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Security Administrator, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or similar.
• ITIL, PMI, or relevant certifications.
• Experience with security frameworks and tools (DLP, Zero Trust, endpoint security, MFA, SSO, conditional access).
• Familiarity with cloud storage policies, data governance, and compliance tools in M365.
• Chinese language skills.
