We are looking for a new colleague for our global SAP Security Team Lead within DHL SAP Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative SAP solutions that align with our business objectives, ensuring security, compliance, and SAP access management across the applications within our SAP landscape.

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for SAP systems, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Design and manage user access controls, ensuring appropriate access rights based on roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within SAP systems and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Perform security audits and assessments of SAP environments to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Create and enforce security policies and procedures related to SAP security, ensuring communication and adherence across the organization.
• Work closely with SAP System Owners, Compliance, and Audit departments to ensure a unified security approach.
• Develop and deliver training programs on SAP security best practices and policies.
• Oversee secure configuration of SAP systems, including security patches and updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP Security Concepts, User Management Best Practices, and Role and Authorization development, especially in audit contexts.
• Good knowledge of Security and Audit compliance certifications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks under workload pressure.
• Experience in a multinational environment with cross-region collaboration.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
